You know it's true
The only thing better than a Britney Spears breakdown is Dr. Phil coming to her rescue.
The vast majority of the things I do on a daily basis merely require opposable thumbs. But the sarcasm..... now THAT'S a gift!

I'm calling an appearance in "Hustler" sometime this year. Plus another pregnancy, babydaddy unknown.
You mean besides the 3rd one?
I'm calling a drug overdose, she won't make it until 2009...
her AND Amy Winehouse.
Wow Dr Phil, is it sweeps already?
Let's all hope emergencyem is right.
Help me out here. What exactly qualifies Dr Phil to give advice off the set?
Maybe Dr. Phil is the only mental health guru left in town who is willing to work with her. Look at the lawyers who dumped her. It sounds like she's impossible to deal with.
MJ
A PhD in clinical psychology. But since he "sold out" and went public, he's kicked a hole in his overall credibility in the minds of thinking people.
I know that I'm one of the only ones who actually feels sorry for her (in a "I can't look away from that awful train wreck" sort of way...) and I'm not crazy like that cross-dresser under a bedsheet in the middle of the night crying out for the world to "leave Britney alone"... but I do wonder how long it will be until she does OD (which I called back in October '07, by the way). Don't knock Dr. Phil too much... he's probably helped fix at least 1/2 the people that Jerry Springer screwed up... Not that I have time to watch either...

I guess great minds think alike!
I say it happens before April...
:P
Probably sooner than later. Already out drinking again - for breakfast. Note the married boyfriend trying to sell out pics of her..a la Anna Nicole.
Nice.
Even Dr. Phil dropped Brit. *sigh*
LMAO
I hate to see anyone hurt, but please, get her off the TV, out of the news and may I never hear of her again... . .
those whom God wants to punish he makes incredibly wealthy and famous (or something to that effect)

From this morning's news, it was the other way around. Britney's family feels betrayed because he spoke publicly and tried to make a show out of it. They were seeking assistance from an old family friend and he tried to capitalize on it. They are livid that he went public.
It does add a new level of sleaze to the ball when a licensed professional tries to capitalize on the misfortunes of someone he's been called in to help, even when one contributes to their own.
