Went to the optometrist yesterday. My vision is getting worse again, not better.

Had to get glasses for driving.

My eyes are f****d up enough that he called the surgeon to see what to do.

Back on steroid drops for 6 weeks.

New eye drops at night before bed, too.

Oh, and 1000mg of Vitamin C a day. Talk about nasty flashbacks from my childhood. Blech!

If they're not better in 6 weeks, I may have to go do this all over again.

I'm going to be sulking for a while. Don't be offended if you don't hear from me.

I am so sorry to hear this. When did they start "getting worse"...because they really got better afterwards, no?
My cynical self wants to there going to be a charge for the next round?
I'll be sending you some positive energy--make sure you hold on to it, don't let "them" suck it from you!

I went to the SC/Fla game! I wish I had had reverse Lasick Surgery with resultant blindness- (Not really).

I never want to see, or hear TEBOW- or TIVO or NEMO, or any type of MOJO again. We got our asses kicked!

Have a great Thanksgiving Squeek!!!

Missed ya a lot,

You didn't like grabbing your daily dose of Vitamin C and Flintstone's vitamin as we dashed out to catch the bus? That was my favorite part of the day!

Sorry your eyes suck. Get a big 1/2 gallon of chocolate brownie sundae ice cream and make it an early Cheat Day. :) Love you!

G'Luck with the eyes- that's one thing when I'm in Assessment AI don't mess with---you say eyes- you are STRAIGHTBACK! I'd rather look (no pun intended) like a fool than to miss something with someones precious eyesight!

Hi MonkeyGirl,

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles - I was horrified to hear about the PRK the first time around, because I know about this stuff, and how to fix it without surgery! :-( talks about what happens to many people who have these types of surgery. DON'T go there if it would make you more nervous, just keep in mind you're past the "Everything bad can go wrong" stage now. is my trainer. Leo does workshops all over the world to help people regain their eyesight without glasses, contacts, or surgery.

I've used his techniques personally to come down from worse than 20/400 (much worse in the left eye) to about 20/40 or 20/60 - it took about 6 days, then stupid me got lazy. I'm about to do it all again for about a week (eyes never went back as bad as they were) and finish the problem off for good.

If you have any choice at all, don't go back for more surgery - just do some (painless and cheap) eye exercises instead.

If you'd like more info, you're welcome to email me or call me. My website is and my phone number is 229-227-5880.
