You don't say...

Headline of the week:

Man jumps from plane with no parachute, dies

So what, exactly, is the newsflash? The fact that he jumped out of an airplane without a parachute? Or the fact that it killed him? Because I'm pretty sure that the one's gonna lead to the other just about 100% of the time.

Besides, you know what they say: "It's not the fall that kills you. It's the landing."

I have to pay extra for my homeowner's insurance to cover roof damage due to hail. I wonder how much it would cost to cover falling dumbasses?

How long will it be before Congress decides to nationalize "Dumbasses falling on house roofs" insurance

They don't cover that. For some reason, hail is covered, but falling dumbasses are an "act of God."

Not my God.

The fall's not going to kill you, it's that sudden stop when you hit the ground. Wonder what he was thinking on the way down?

If somebody does fall through your roof, you may be able to get one of the news media to repair it as the price of an exclusive story. And maybe a bit more.

Now, if you get two people falling through your roof, then maybe you could get rich. :-)

Has there ever been a case of a person falling out of a plane (at altitude) and landing in/on a house?

now you dissemble a bit here mg. it IS a story bc, apparently, it was a suicide and might include 'foul play' like, 'hey, video guy... check out the view!' PUSH. still funny except for him and his family etc...
