Happy Father's Day

This is how life looked from the cockpit of my daddy's airplane. We would go fly for hours, just him and me.

I have never been so happy since.
I love you Daddy.

Holy shit! Are you my sister? I used to go flying with my dad too; we called it "punching holes in the sky." He's going to be 79 next week and still flies. Good times.

Your dad was a pilot? Cool! And that's a great picture, too!

Whoa! MY Dad was a pilot, too! We never had a plane when I was a kid, but there were a number of times he took me up in a friend's plane.

Yay, flying. I was the one who learned to fly and my daddy was the one I took with me. :)

So, I knew you were cool, but not THAT cool. :) My Dad flies too. (Airplanes, that is). My first flight was in his Cessna 172 at 8 months old. Now he threatens to land on my property and freak out the neighbors. I'd love to read THAT letter from the HOA.

That was beautiful. Reminds me of highway 101 near Pismo Beach; or north of Moss Beach near Half Moon Bay.

That was the sweetest father's day tribute, Monkeygirl !
